Shikha Sharma: An alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad, she started her career with ICICI bank in 1980 and served the bank for 29 years. She was working as the Managing Director and CEO of ICICI Prudential when she decided to leave the bank.  She was a top contender for the post of the bank’s CEO. After leaving ICICI, she joined Axis bank as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director.  Since her joining, the bank has seen a 30 percent increase in its assets and its stock has appreciated 90 percent. Under her leadership, the bank has doubled its network to 2,225 branches.

Aruna Jayanthi: She joined Capgemini in 2000 and was working as the global delivery officer of Capgemini Outsourcing until 2009. She has more than 20 years of experience in IT industry in both multinational corporations and small companies. Aruna was appointed the CEO of Capgemini in January 2011. She oversees the company’s business across all verticals-technology services, outsourcing services and consulting. An alumnus of Narsee Monjee Institute of Management, she in her previous capacity as the global delivery officer of outsourcing, had contributed to the increase in  quality and productivity of the outsourcing business of Capgemini.
