Make yourself busy in different activities that can make you feel happy. Go for shopping, movies, new makeover are the good options to heal your heart. Close the door on old memories
You can stop calling, you can stop messaging but how will you get rid of those sweet memories you spent with your ex? That is the biggest challenge after any break up.
