And there’s one more property he bought, a 6,250 square-feet duplex, apparently for millions of dollars. The duplex is said to have four bedrooms and a large entertainment area with wet bar opening onto a 3,300-square-foot terrace. The house is apparently sound proofed- though he claimed he “doesn’t sleep well,” it also affords him complete privacy.  

Earlier this summer, some sources said that, Eric was embarking on a tour of the French Riviera and asked his aides to find alluring female companions to “decorate his yacht.”

Another addition to his lavishness is a $72.3 million yacht, called as Oasis, which he bought in 2009.  And sources say that Eric had his aides who is to approach beautiful and smart women that Schmidt never met before, saying, ‘Eric would like to invite you to his yacht,’ which was cruising around the Riviera.”
