Foreign Telecom to Bid Farewell

Whereas AT&T, a U.S. based company didn’t wish to comment at all to such an outburst. Adding to their plight, came the news of the putting tax on foreign investment and this proved to be like a heart break for one of the biggest telecom player Vodafone who recently acquired Hutchinson Whampoa Limited and according Parliament the company might have to pay more than $2 billion just as tax.

We can’t predict the next step that our government might take and what would be the action of the foreign telecom companies? Are they really going to quit India? Or will the government make some lenient changes in their policy? So we can just sit back and wait for the mystery to be foretold.

This could probably just be the beginning, now it is the telecom industry that is planning to quit, later it could be the other foreign enterprises as well.
