‘A good team makes a best company’ and to know how it can be worked you really don’t have to attend a MBA class or a Team Together workshop, simply visit these dhobi waalas and you will be surprised to know how well you can manage and work in a team. These men collect lakhs and lakhs of clothes per day and to deliver it on time is impossible if there is no evident team work. They split the work to their team members like sections or stages and every one person is responsible of his section. These sections can basically be washing, rinsing, starching, putting the clothes to dry etc.
