Entrepreneurial lessons from Socrates, Newton And More

Charles Darwin

Life: 1809 to 1882

Famous for: Origin of Species

Quote: “I love fools' experiments. I am always making them.”

Charles Darwin and his theories proved that humans evolved from apes; though it was the most controversial and criticized, he believed his findings were right. Darwin believed that his ideologies and findings were right with the enormous knowledge he had from various studies including a voyage for 5 years.

He was known to be a very lazy and a dreamy kid, he was often blamed by his father for this attitude that he possessed. “I was considered by all my masters and my father, a very ordinary boy, rather below the common standard of intellect.”  Today, his discovery and theory stands as the base for human evolution and talks about our ancestral stories.

Entrepreneur is a person who believes in himself. Though there are various hindrances that an entrepreneur faces, it is his own interest that can put him top with an entrepreneurial dynasty. Darwin’s story tells us how he was de-motivated once but how he happened to be what he is today with the theory – ‘Origin of species.’
