Subu further added that more and more people these days are looking to provide services rather than products, so that they can be a part of consumers’ value creation and also make big money out of that. Mentioning India’s PM, Subu conveyed that he has announced a committee to create a cloud framework which can provide solutions to most of the challenges we are facing now.

Concluding the keynote, Subu emphasized on micro-engineering and how everyone, whether a service provider or a product creator should innovate and offer that in a micro form and still make money. He supported his statement by giving examples of shampoo sachets and digital music and how they were successful micro form of existing product or service.
