Republic of Korea

The Republic of Korea Army, also known as the ROK Army, consists of 1,106,000 personnel. It is the army of South Korea and is responsible for all of the country’s ground-based conflicts.  The Korean Army is the largest of the military branches of all the South Korean armed forces.
 

Russian Federation

The fifth largest army of the world blessed with 1,040,000 personnel. Armed Forces of the Russian Federation were established after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The military’s annual defence budget was positioned at 52.7 billion in 2011. Russia is planning to spend a lot more on its military forces, with draft budgets showing a 53 percent rise.
