6. Roshi Mahanta:
Movie: Khalnayak (1993)

Played by Pramod Muthu, this villain was among those who swing between evil looking and decent looking villains. His cunningness can be proved when he fools the tough guy Sanju brainwashing him to an extent where he hits his mother. His bald head with rimless specs played the trick to scare the audience till a long time. His epitome of cunningness was seen when he succeeds in portraying Sanju as the mainstream villain in the entire movie when he was the actual bad guy manipulating him.

5. Maharani:
Movie: Sadak (1991)
Famous Dialogue: “Mai aadha mard hun aur aadhi aurat”
This unique character was played by Sadashiv Amrapurkar where the villain was depicted as a transgender who was cruel, merciless brothel mistress. Maharani was engaged in human trafficking and had side-kicks who were also transgender. Repulsive to look at, he etched fear in our heads that still revokes.
