Bad Behaviors of Startup Founders

Fail to Consistently Reinforce What’s Important:

Managers are at such a level where they have several plans that are simultaneously being played in their mind. They often stress a particular message or a program for a couple of weeks. Failing to ensure whether the team has grasped the concept and are ready to implement it, they take it for granted and assume everyone is now familiar with the concept. When they change their message too often, team members become confused about what’s important. People perform best when what they hear is consistent and frequent.
