According to Aurobinda Nanda who is a COO of Software Product Engineering, the company has already got a Client and Soota added to that, We have a first customer. We have raised our first invoice and it's not from any of our previous companies. When media asked Soota about the role of a new IT service company during a period when the world is facing financial turbulence, he replied that some of the most successful companies in the world were launched at the time of the recession. It might cause some trouble for large and mid-sized players but it will be an opportunity for us. He gives an example of when large players halt hiring, it offers us an opportunity for finding right talents, he added. You might notice that we have not entered R&D businesses, which is the heart of Wipro software when I began. Everybody says it is a business dear to my heart. At this point of time, we believe a business needs a more differentiated strategy, Soota said.
