WeP Peripherals obtains ISO certification

Bangalore: WeP Peripherals, a leading IT Peripherals, Solutions and Services Company, has received ISO 14001: 2004 by Bureau Veritas Certification for its plant at Himachal Pradesh. The certification recognizes the environmental safeguards, procedures and management systems in place at the company's Jharmajri-Baddi factory based in Solan District of Himachal Pradesh.
Speaking on the Ram Agarwal, MD & CEO, WeP Peripherals, said, "We have been working diligently on the certification process, which represents an internationally recognized standard for environmental performance and systems. This is a great team effort which records a significant milestone of delivering on our commitments to our communities, and the environment."
WeP is also among one of the first Indian exporters to get RoHS certification for its products, which ensures reduced levels of hazardous substances in electronic equipments.
