Vensoft plans $10 Mn investment in India

Hyderabad: Vensoft, a provider of technology solutions headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona (US), has announced plans to invest $10 million in expanding its operations in Hyderabad. This includes setting up of a virtualization lab. The company also plans to increase its headcount from 400 to 1,000 within two years and step up the offshore component of the company which their global customers are demanding. Shyam Byra, CEO of Vensoft, said that the company was in the process of developing products in the areas of quality assurance services.It is also in the process of establishing Assured Reliability Services Centre and a Virtualisation Lab, he added. Referring to the need to focus on the domestic market, the company has plans to develop products that meet the domestic requirements. The company has also developed search technology for radiological services and sees immense scope to offer this in the US market.
