The second service used is an agent assisted IVR model for buying set-top boxes, where-in the customer can call the Call Center Representatives (CCR), who after exchanging relevant information from the customer bridges them on Atom IVR which guides customers to enter card details through the phone's key pad. We feel that customers will definitely get benefited by using our IVR and mobile payment services as these are completely secure and offer far more convenience than other channels such as web," Dewang Neralla, Director of atom technologies.
