Tata Infotech, iServ to launch high-end managed services

BANGALORE: iServ India Solutions Pvt Ltd, an IP based value added solutions provider and Tata Infotech Ltd, a systems integrator provider, Friday partnered to launch high-end managed services. The alliance will provide monitoring, remote management and onsite management services for the IT infrastructure of corporates. The various services are network management, server management, hosting web management and managed security. A 24/7 network operations center has been set up to run these services. Kushal Banerjee, CEO of iServe India, said, “the strategic alliance brings the economies of skill by offering next generation managed services to the Indian corporates.” IServ India is a part of $800 million Escorts Group that provides world class Internet based solutions to both the retail and the enterprise sector in India. “The managed services provided by the alliance will boost the optimal utilization and performance of IT infrastructure of the companies,” said V.K. Malhotra, senior VP systems integration division, Tata Infotech.
