SAP announces offer for PeopleSoft, JDE clients

BANGALORE: German software major SAP has announced a new offer for SAP clients using PeopleSoft and JD Edwards solutions with a roadmap including SAP applications, technology and maintenance services.
In a statement issued by SAP, the company said the offer provides a safe passage away from the uncertainities arising out of the acquisition of those software brands by Oracle Corporation and a clear roadmap to assist these companies in evolving to the next generation of business software.
The statement also adds that SAP has acquired TomorrowNow, a third party provider of enterprise maintenance and support for customers of PeopleSoft and JDE.
The SAP offer includes maintenance and software support for clients using PeopleSoft and JDE solutions through TomorrowNow for SAP customers all over the world.
