Rajdeep Endow Takes the Helm as Managing Director for Sapient India

Bangalore: Sapient (NASDAQ: SAPE) announced that Rajdeep Endow has assumed the position of managing director of Sapient India, effective immediately. In this role, Endow will drive the strategy, capability development, and growth of Sapient's India presence and maintain its status as hub of the company's globally distributed delivery network. Endow, a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team and current Global Delivery Lead, replaces Karandeep Singh, who moves on from Sapient. Endow will maintain his current responsibilities as he takes on this expanded role. A 10-year company veteran, Endow has played a critical role in Sapient's success and growth in India from his start in 2001 through today. He has served in a variety of leadership roles, including India General Manager and Global Delivery Lead. As managing director, Endow will report to Sapient President and CEO Alan J. Herrick. "Our delivery network and capabilities in India have contributed greatly to Sapient's overall growth and success over the years," said Herrick. "Rajdeep has demonstrated a keen ability to solve complex problems and successfully lead large teams, and has been instrumental in driving excellence in client delivery in India and abroad." Continued Herrick: "I'd also like to recognize the contributions of Karandeep Singh over the years and wish him the best of luck in the future." The move comes at a time of remarkable growth and momentum for the company.
