Qlik Tech enters into strategic deal with Path Infotech
Bangalore: QlikTech, a Business Intelligence (BI) company which has operations in around 92 countries, has entered into a strategic partnership with Path Infotech, provider of software solutions and services in India. Qlik Tech had grown by 50 percent last year, and has a client base of 10,500 customers. Path Infotech has a customer base of 300 worldwide, and serves BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Services/ITeS, and Utilities. It also has partnerships with Microsoft and Oracle. "Customers will benefit from the combined power of QlikTech's business intelligence offerings and Path InfoTech's rich expertise in providing software services. QlikTech and Path Infotech are both focused on enabling Indian businesses to utilize their IT implementations to deliver business value," said Raghunathan, Regional Manager, India and South Asia. QlikTech's business analysis solution, QlikView puts business users in control, exploring the data easily, getting the answers they need to take immediate action. QlikView uses patented 'associative analysis' to connect data from any source, and it exploits 'in-memory' technology for rapid analysis and scalable deployment. " We were looking for a simple BI analysis tool to complement our own offerings and provide our customers with a solution which could clearly demonstrate a financial return to the business," said Pankaj Ratra, Director Sales & Marketing, Path Infotech.
