Fremont: Abraham Lincoln once said, "Character is like a tree and reputation is like its shadow. The shadow is what we think of it; the tree is the real thing." The personality of a person decides his outlook to others and in case of an entrepreneur to his business also. So what are the various types of personalities entrepreneurs can be tagged into? Self-promoting

Every entrepreneur tries his best to promote his venture, but there are few who can cross limits and go across the town asking each and every person he knows whether they have bought the products or services made by his company. They need not use the traditional media for promoting their ventures, as they will go about singing glories about what they did, how great their products or services are. Since entrepreneurs work in small teams, it is understandable that they will be fans of their work, but does that mean that they go around blowing their own trumpet? If that is the case, what is the use of the other media of promotion? Such entrepreneurs will never miss a chance to boast about themselves, and make sure that others listen to them and abide. They can also go to the extent of stretching the truth from time to time to make their ventures seem established. Such a boss would bore his employees by going on and on about his greatness'a trait not admired by anyone.
