Such an entrepreneur would rather drown with his words rather than listen to what others are saying. He is inflexible and is not ready to listen to others. He tries to boss his way around in the venture, as if he is the king and others are his slaves. Compromise is different but trying letting people out of your way is different. Such an entrepreneur is treated as a kid in front of his employees as well as other stakeholders. Once in a while, he may be right as to follow his gut feeling, but trampling over others voices to make yourself heard would not let you reign for long.
