Pentasoft agrees to merger with Silicon Valley Infotech

CHENNAI: Pentasoft TechnologiesÂ’ board has approved the companyÂ’s merger with Kolkata based Silicon Valley Infotech. However the merger will go through only with the approval of court and other authorities, sources said adding the board will decide on share exchange ratio between the companies and the appointment of officers after the entities are merged.
