CHANDIGARH: Over 200 Indian Companies are likely to participate in first ever Made In India show being organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at Beijing from October 16 to 19. CII senior director Piyush Bahl, while speaking at a workshop on "Doing business with China", here Thursday said a 50 member CEO's mission as well as a 100 strong government delegation would attend the event. A Festival of India would also be staged on the occasion. Bahl, who will head CII's China office that is scheduled to open in July, said CII would set up a India Club at Shanghai to serve as a one-stop shop for Indian companies to do business with China. With India-China bilateral trade poised to swell to $10 billion, the workshop presented case studies of the experience of three Indian companies in China, while also projecting CII's initiatives in China.
