Orissa software exports to touch 400 crore

BHUBANESHWAR: The IT sector in Orissa is set to clock in software exports worth 400 crores, Software Technology Park Of India (STPI) sources today said. STPI Bhubaneshwar Director Manas Rajan Panda said last year exports were around 319 crores and this year it will be high mainly due to the starting of new software development centers by homegrown IT companies Infosys and Satyam. Orissa today has about 150 IT companies employing more than 10,000 software professionals.
