ONGC Videsh to invest $20 mn in Libya

ONGC Videsh Ltd. (OVL), the wholly-owned subsidiary of Oil and Natural Gas Corp Ltd (ONGC), has decided to push ahead with exploration in Libya.
NEW DELHI: OVL has got Tripoli's approval for taking stakes in two blocks.
