Now, Indian BPO to list on Nasdaq

MUMBAI: Pune-based Kanbay International may become the first Indian BPO firm to list on the Nasdaq .
Kanbay has filed a red herring document for a $115-million initial public offering (IPO) of its common stock with the US Securities & Exchange Commission.
Kanbay International was founded by NRI Dileep Nath, Raymond J Spencer and John Patterson in 1989, and has its largest development centre in Pune.
The companys headquarters are in Rosemount, US . However, the bulk of the operations of the company are carried out from India.
Kanbay is a global provider of information technology services and solutions to the financial services industry.
