Delhi: A campaign called "Children's Future Solutions" got recently launched by Birla Sun Life Insurance tha6t has been designed for creating awareness amongst parents to support and help their children identify their passion and career field. This step has been taken by Birla Sun Life Insurance so as to help today's generation become career oriented and focused and also to bridge the gap between parents and children. The youngsters, although, have been provided with numerous choices related to career, they no longer just look forward to a job, they look forward to work with passion. Every child has new aspirations while the process of choosing the ultimate passion continuous till the child is matured enough to make the decision. This campaign has also kept the fact in mind that kids nowadays do not give in to the regular mentality of following what the others do and settle down with cliched job options for the rest of their lives. Mudra Max (Integrated Engagement & Experience), a part of the Mudra Group, has conceptualized and executed this innovation which has taken the form of a "Building Wrap" and has been made using flex material with speech blurbs highlighting the household debate between kids and parents on career avenues. Mandeep Malhotra, President, Mudra Max-OOH, said, "Mudra Max is thrilled to make a great start into the new year with passionate communication and I am really happy that the team has pulled out a magnificent execution for the brand." The main responsibility of this outdoor initiative is to highlight the outlook of the young generation about future. The creative portrays speech bubbles and other debates around the subject that takes place in every house, in a different way. It urges parents to discover their child's aptitude and be financially prepared for the same. Commenting on this innovation, Ajay Kakar, Chief Marketing Officer, Financial Services, Aditya Birla Group said, "Every parent has his/her child's best interest at heart. Through our campaign, we hope to generate conversations between parents and kids on identifying their child's passion. Moreover, we aim at sensitizing parents on the need to support their kids with the time and freedom to find their real passion, enabling them to make a rewarding and successful career."
