MicroStrategy and Systime ink pact

MCLEAN: MicroStrategy Incorporated (Nasdaq:MSTR), a worldwide provider of business intelligence software, today announced a strategic alliance with Systime Computer Corporation. Systime is the leading global provider of IT services for collaborative commerce solutions including ERP, SCM, CRM, BI, Integration, supply-side B-2-B solutions, HR, and Outsourcing services. The alliance combines SYSTIME's technology expertise and business knowledge with MicroStrategy's leading Business Intelligence Platform. Under the terms of the agreement, Systime will integrate MicroStrategy's Business Intelligence offerings with its data warehouse solution, while continuing to provide strategic consulting to its growing client base.
