MeritTrac to gauge BPO talent pool in W.Bengal

This program being launched by WEBEL will involve a detailed assessment of candidates interested in BPO careers, providing specific feedback on skills & abilities and then putting them through a training program to bridge skill gaps. MeritTrac will work closely with WEBEL Informatics in designing & administering a suite of BPO assessments that incorporates Spoken English, Listening Comprehension, Verbal Ability, Logical Reasoning Skills and Mental Application. “The challenge for Indian BPO Industry today is to strengthen its leadership position with focus on people - both in terms of volumes and relevant skill-sets.
