MSAT eyes U.S. and Europe companies for increased turnover

New Delhi: MAHINDRA Systems & Technologies (MSAT), a Mahindra and Mahindra (M&M) group company, with an aim to achieve a billion-dollar turnover by 2010 in its auto component business, is eyeing the acquisition of casting, forging and engineering units in Europe and the US. “We want to add value to the existing group facilities by further acquisitions. We are aiming a billion dollar turnover by 2010, from the current $ 800 million,” said, MSAT president Hemant Luthra. The company is looking for product development through acquisitions in forging, design and engineering software solutions to add value to its offering.
