L&T bags Rs 1,030-Crore order for construction works

Mumbai: Engineering giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) today said it has received orders worth 
1,030 crore for construction related works.
The company's buildings and factories operating division has secured Rs 1,030-crore orders for the construction of commercial and residential buildings, including metro depot facilities and add-on orders from various ongoing projects, L&T said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
It includes a 385-crore order for the construction of residential buildings from leading developers and a 645-crore order from unnamed clients, the filing added.
Shares of L&T were trading at 1,987.65, down 1.21 percent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
