Keynote enhances its product offerings

SAN MATEO, CA: Keynote Systems (Nasdaq: KEYN), a Web performance management services provider, today announced enhanced versions of its two productsTransaction Perspective and Red Alert Performance Trackerfor measuring and monitoring Web transactions.
A company release noted that the new services address the evolving needs among enterprise customers for which accurate Web performance measurement, trending and analysis are required.
Transaction Perspective is designed to measure and benchmark critical 'money path' transactions. It is most commonly used for trending and analysis of service level agreements (SLAs) or any other Web transactions.
Performance Tracker is designed to monitor the health and availability of a high number of mission critical web applications. Performance Tracker monitors transaction performance at frequent intervals and offers near real time 'trouble' alerting when problems do occur.
