JobAccord commences India operations

BANGALORE: JobAccord, a leading global supplier of information technology as well as non-IT professionals, has commenced its India operations.
The company, a fully owned subsidiary of Accord Tech Inc, USA, also started its BPO operations to cater to the overseas staffing and recruitment, a company release said.
JobAccord also started its recruitment progress outsourcing services (RPO), which is a key component of human resource outsourcing. The RPO is done through a combination of online job boards and in house recruitment team.
The current 50-seater RPO based in Bangalore will primarily cater to the JobAccord customers based in the United States, the release said.
