IBM Daksh sets up 3 BTO centers

PUNE: IBM Daksh opened three new business transformation outsourcing (BTO) delivery centers in Pune, Chandigarh and Kolkata with a seating capacity of 2,100, of which one-third would be in Pune. Announcing this the company’s Chief Executive Officer, Sanjeev Aggarwal said that the new centers would provide customer care outsourcing services to domestic and international clients and Pune would cater to the high-end services such as technical support, hardware support and customer care plus insurance subrogation. It would be addressing verticals in hi-tech, telecom and insurance. He said, the BTO Phase I had taken place in Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore and the Phase II in Pune, Kolkata and Chandigarh. The company also has its delivery center in Manila, the Philippines.
