Hitachi Touro Pro extends backup and cloud storage

New Delhi: Hitachi Global Storage Technologies is expanding its family of external storage and backup solutions with its new line of Hitachi Touro Pro desktop and mobile external hard drives. It is protected at two levels; local backup and cloud storage, where Touro Pro, an all-in-one solution, helps protect, transport and store your digital applications and access documents from anywhere. Gathering online data and personal data causes a lot of kiosk so the personal cloud, the data you want access to from anywhere, is made easy from your tablet, Smartphone, laptop or external drive. Apart from this, the cloud service also protects the data in its natural form which can be viewed, downloaded and shared anywhere, through a web browser. The Hitachi Touro Pro local backup software was developed by an in-house team. The default setting will backup your applications and documents from your computer directly to the drive. Once installed, it runs quietly and automatically every 30 minutes and can be customized to set a time or day that's convenient. Every customer receives 3GB of online storage for free and for more storage there is an option to upgrade to a quarter of a terabyte (250GB) for only 49 dollars per year, which includes multiple computer protection. For simple add-on storage expansion, Hitachi is offering a family of Hitachi Touro mobile and desktop solutions. The Hitachi Touro Mobile Pro and Touro Mobile drives are now available.
