HTC launches Touch Pro & Touch Viva in India

HTC has augmented its line of smartphones with launch of the latest HTC Touch Pro and the Touch Viva. Priced at 34,990, the HTC Touch Pro features a full QWERTY keypad that slides out from behind the screen. It uses the proprietary touch interface, TouchFLO 3D, that was earlier seen in HTC Touch Diamond. Touch Pro has a new customized web browser, which allows panning and zooming of pages and has applications for easy access of Google Maps and videos from You Tube. The phone boasts of a 2.8 inch display and a TV-Out feature. The HTC Touch Viva is available for 16,490 and features HTCs TouchFLO interface. It also has a 2.8 inch screen and a 2 megapixel camera.
