BOSTON: Neobits, a reseller and authorized distributor of small business phone systems, IP PBX and other VoIP products, is in talks with TalkSwitch and Primus Telecom to offer PBX functionality, VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calling rates and top-level technical service and support to its small and medium business customers. The tie up would help the company offer attractive packages of Primus services to their new and existing TalkSwitch customers. The package offers 4 Primus trunks with 8 Direct Inward Dial telephone numbers for US$40/month, customers can also avail a special rate on long distance calls of 4 cents a minute. Announcing the new package, Arvind Goel, President, Neobits Inc said, "We've had tremendous success with TalkSwitch telephone systems, and the chance to combine the solution with Primus’ popular calling plan is a strong offering. We expect this to be a very popular package with our resellers and their customers." The warehouse location of Neobits, their lower shipping costs, choice of shipping methods, multiple payment options, and an exclusive reseller are very favorable to the TalkSwitch systems. "Since announcing interoperability with Primus, our resellers have had a lot of demand for a combined solution. We're pleased to be able to offer that to them in this way," said Tim Welch, Vice President Sales, TalkSwitch.
