France's Legrand to offer cabling system in India

NEW DELHI: Legrand India, part of the Euro three billion Legrand Group of France, is planning to offer total cabling solutions in the country for supporting computing marketplace. A leader in electrical installations and systems and data networks, Legrand will offer end-to-end solutions in structured cabling system for interconnecting voice, data and image, a company statement said Wednesday. The total connectivity would cater not only to the functional needs but aesthetic needs as well, said the company, which has two manufacturing units in Maharashtra. While one facility near Jalgaon manufactures electrical safety devices, the other near Nasik is engaged in manufacture of wiring accessories.
