Four Soft to acquire Comex Frontier

MUMBAI: Mid tier software services firm Four Soft Ltd. on Friday said it would buy Singapore's Comex Frontier, software services, a provider for logistics companies, and Malaysia's MY Comex Sdn Bhd, an e-commerce company, for $2.1 million. Shares in Four Soft recovered on the news to trade 0.2 percent higher at Rs 47.50 in a firmer Mumbai stock market.
