Everyone.net appoints Naresh Makhijani COO

SANJOSE, CA: Everyone.net, a provider of integrated hosted e-mail services, said it has named Naresh Makhijani chief operating officer.
Makhijani joins from market development and product strategy consultancy Savid LLC. He worked previously as vice president and general manager at DIVA Systems Corp., a video-on-demand system provider for digital cable companies.
Earlier in his career, Makhijani also worked in various management roles at weather and communications satellite manufacturer Space Systems/Loral, and at Boeing Co.
Everyone.net provides technology and marketing services to independent Web sites, and offers integrated email with spam and virus protection.
Based in San Jose, CA., Everyone.net has raised at least $14.5 million to date from investors including El Dorado Ventures and Labrador Ventures.
