Draper promotes Raj Atluru to MD

REDWOOD CITY: Venture capital firm Draper Fisher Jurvetson announced Monday that it has promoted Raj Atluru to managing director. Atluru served as director prior to the promotion. Atluru focuses on enterprise applications, software infrastructure, wireless communications, and emerging energy technologies. He joined the firm in 2000 from TL Ventures, where he focused on early-stage software companies and wireless communications. The company now has seven managing directors.
