Dilip Modi takes charge as Spice Corp's chairman

NEW DELHI: Spice Corp Ltd., a new economy enterprise and part of MCorp, has announced taking over of Dilip Modi as the new chairman of SpiceCorp at the board meeting held in New Delhi. Modi previously as the CEO has been responsible for consolidating a leadership for SpiceCorp in the cellular industry. With this move, SpiceCorp has brought in a proven leader & endeavors to re-enforce its leadership in Telecommunication & Information Technology arena. Veena Modi, who was earlier on charge, as the chairman of SpiceCorp, has taken over as executive vice chairman at MCorp. Under the leadership of Dilip Modi, SpiceCorp has evolved as a highly dynamic, yet focused organization, vigorous in the creation and development of new businesses and effective governance of existing ones. With this strategic development, Modi as the chairman of Spice Corp would be responsible for commissioning strategic decisions and drive growth & vision of the enterprise to reiterate its premium image as the business leader.
