Dell launches Latitude 100L notebooks in India

MUMBAI: Computer major Dell Inc has launched its Latitude 100L notebooks in India, a desktop replacement laptop computer, targeted at small businesses and institutional customers who are sensitive to purchase prices.
Latitude 100L can handle computing tasks like word processing, e-mails, Internet access and can be custom configured with Intel Celeron or Mobile Pentium processors, Dell said in a release on Friday.
The company is also supporting the product with a portfolio of product lifecycle services including mobile and security solutions, it said, adding, Dell would offer one-year service and support for the product.
