2. Know from Ex-Employee:

The author of ‘I’m Feeling Lucky, The Confessions of Google Employee Number 59’, Douglas Edwards reveals his work experience in Google. He had worked in Google from 1999 to 2005 as employee number 59.  As he had been appointed during one of its initial big recruiting ramp-ups, it is worth reading this ‘first Google book told from the inside out’. He reveals few of the questions which he was asked in the Google job interview and he marked the toughest question to him was, ‘What was your GPA?’ However, he says the ‘hard’ question was when Sergey told him, “When I come back, I want you to explain to me something complicated that I don't already know.”
