Bangalore: Be it Valentine's Day mush or birthday of your loved ones, couples would want to enjoy each other's company far from the madding crowd, or at least not in direct vision of prying eyes. Couples are always on the lookout for places where they are left uninterrupted. Ever been to Lalbagh in Bangalore or Carter Road in Mumbai? You will find a common sight that you cannot take your eyes off from. What are they? Young couples of course. Being completely busy in their work or studies, couples take time out to revel in each other's company and spend some peaceful time together. Here are some places that couples find perfect for them to spend time with their loved ones.
Mumbai:
Bandra, the "queen" of Mumbai's periphery is well-liked admired by Mumbaikers. Its buzzing markets, hip restaurants and the famous "lovers point" is a rage among the young couples and draws people from various parts of the city. Carter Road - the famous stretch of road in Bandra is famous for its promenades along the beach. The place is usually crowded with young couples and groups of youngsters park their vehicles at the side and catch up with each other. Besides this, 'Bandra Fort' at Lands End is very popular hangout for the youth.
Kolkata:
The blooming Gardens of Victoria memorial in Kolkata makes for a perfect couple hang out. The massive garden of 64 acres is usually crowded with a number of couples. The majestic monument looks beautiful in the mornings. Musical Fountain shows and lightings of the Memorial in the evenings are another spell-binding factor that allures couples. The other places popular with the crowd of Kolkata include the City Centre in Salt Lake, South City, Elliot Park and Cloud Nine.
Chennai:
Like any metropolitan city with a coastline, the beaches like Beasant Nagar, Elliot's and Marina beaches are crowded with young couples seeking privacy. The malls- Spencer Plaza on Mount Road, the City Centre on Radhakrishnan salai and Alsa Mall on Montieth Road are the places quite popular with the younger generation.
Bangalore:
The Lalbagh Botanical Gardens is famous among the youngsters of Bangaloreans. The lush green lawns and thousands of flowers blooming around make it all the more romantic. Some of the other places where couples hangout at Bangalore are Nandi Hills, Lumbini Gardens, Sankey Tank Park, Ulsoor lake boating, Residency road, Brigade Road etc.
Delhi:
where are the romantic places in Delhi? Jumbo Point, IIT Market, the Parking lots of Wave, DT Cinemas; The Stretch near Sahara restaurant and Pluto's are famous with the couples seeking solace in Delhi. A few other places frequently crowded with couples are Parthasarthy Rocks, JNU Greater Kailash, N-Block Market, Pragati Maidan, The Supper Factory/ Cafe Red Bricks, East of Kailash, The Pyramids, Asiad Village, Dilli Haat, Steps near Priya Cinema and the most famous of it all- Lovers' Lane, Vasant Kunj.
