CombiMatrix's Amit to talk at UBS 2004

NEW YORK: CombiMatrix, one of the operating groups of Acacia Research Corporation announced today that Dr. Amit Kumar, President and Chief Executive Officer of CombiMatrix, will provide a company overview at the UBS 2004 Global Life Sciences Conference, to be held September 28, 2004 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York.
A live transmission of the presentation will take place at 7:30 AM (PST) on Tuesday, September 28, 2004. An archived webcast will be available for 90 days.
CombiMatrix group is developing a platform technology to rapidly produce customizable active biochips, which are semiconductor-based tools for use in identifying and determining the roles of genes, gene mutations and proteins.
