Newyork: Here is good news for the IT professionals who might have seen the abrupt downfall of their salaries during the last few years. According to the survey conducted by Bluewolf, an IT consulting and staffing agencies spreaded across New York, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Philadelphia, companies are coming forward with their purse string loosened to hire these professionals. It is figured except few, the application developers and network admins are going to make good fortune owing to the spoils of economic recovery, a massive flow of venture capital and the last but not the least the overall pent-up IT demand. The report states that the year 2011 will be good for developers and there will be huge demand for new skill sets which include iPhone, iPad, Facebook, and Android development chops, as well as expertise in Flash, Flex, PHP, Amazon Web Services, and Salesforce.com. The salary structure for these people defines the market trend. The flash developers are supposed to earn a hike from $80,000 to $100,000 whereas flex developers are bound to gain an increment from $85,000 to $110,000. The arrays of other IT professionals like PHP/LAMP developers($75,000 to 110,000), ruby on rails developers($85,000 to $110,000), CRM developers($90,000 to 120,000), iPAD developers($98,000 to $120,000), iPhone developers($94,000 to $115,000) and android developers($97,000 to $120,000) too are on the brighter prospect. Apart from the coders professionals like system analyst, application architect, junior analyst, business analyst and developer too will fetch a handsome income. To sum up these facts network admins average salary will increase to $90,000 from $60,000. Similarly network managers will see a salary hike from $80,000 to $100,000. Similar scenario prevails for high level IT professionals. Professionals on the designation of vice presidents will see their salary taking a stride by 7.1 percent ranging from $120,000 to $155,000 in 2011. Complying with the findings of Bluewolf the C-level IT executives are expected to find a flat change this year compared to what they earned in the year 2010. The earning path for the database specialists are somewhat uneven for this year. The database developers will see a price hike from $55,000 through $95,000 whereas database admins ($70,000 to $120,000) and database architects ($90,000 to $125,000) can expect no change. The data modelers ($85,000 to $105,000) and warehouse analysts ($80,000 to $100,000) will see an overall decrease in salaries.
