Bangalore to host IT Service Excellence conference

BANGALORE: QAI India is organizing the first IT service Excellence Conference in Bangalore on January 31.
The aim of the conference is to make people aware of ITSM and best practices, network with ITSM thought leaders, learn through case studies and increase the implementation of best practices in the domain of IT service excellence, ITIL and BS standards, a press release from the company stated.
The conference will have participation from itSMF CEO Aidan Lawes, John Groom, Adrian Leach of Parity, R Srinivasan of Wipro Technologies, Sudipto Marjit of Tata Technologies and Gautam Rao of GE Global Research John F Welch Technology Center.
