Ascendas India to spread wings to Kolkata, Pune

CHENNAI:Singapore based property developer AscendasÂ’ Indian arm Ascendas India Pvt Ltd will expand its presence in India by setting up information technology parks in Kolkata and Pune.
Speaking after launching the phase-I, International Tech Park in Chennai, Goh Kok Huat, CEO, Ascendas India, said that the next destinations would be Kolkata and Pune where the company will be looking at promoting IT parks. However, he declined to give further information in this regard.
Ascendas' flagship projects in India include International Tech Park in Bangalore, Cyber Pearl and Vanenburg IT Park in Hyderabad and Infocity in Gurgaon. The company has so far built little less than four million sq ft of IT space in the country.
