Aptech to focus on BPO training

NEW DELHI: Aptech has launched a series of courses in CRM, banking, sales and marketing for the BPO industry.
"The suite includes courses on the call center, banking, and sales & marketing industry," says the companys press release. Aptech has entered into alliances with domain specialists like I-flex solutions Ltd., NETg, etc. that impart its students practical training, providing them with an edge over other students pursuing such courses.
The ACPG - Call Center Specialization is a comprehensive 160 hour course that aims to hone both the IT and non-IT skills of the students. Topics include Computer and Call Center Terminologies, Database Basics, Working with Customer Information, Customer Service and Call Handling Skills, Selling Skills, Stress Management, Language Training.
