BANGALORE: Anand Sudarshan, one of the core founders of Microland group and ex-CEO of Planetasia is taking over as the CEO of Netkraft, a CDC Capital Partners and Jumpstart Up company.
JumpStart Up, a fund set up by former Silicon Valley professionals, has invested $2.5 million and CDC has an investment of $2.0 million.
The founder president and CEO Prashanth Prakash is moving aside as Chief Strategy Officer while the other founder and managing director Atul Jalan is re-designated as Managing Director Europe.
With an employee-base of nearly 350 professionals, NetKraft underwent a re-invention exercise to bring about changes in its brand projection, which will provide it the identity of a global player. The company has also carried out re-designations of its employees, which the management claims will provide more focus and pre-defined job roles.
